Understanding the Beacon Lite
Seamless Audio Access for Museum Visitors
The Beacon Lite transforms how visitors access your audio content. Visitors simply hold the Podcatcher Pro near a Beacon to instantly trigger the corresponding audio tour content—no apps to download, no complicated setup required.
How It Works
Visitors use their Podcatcher Pro to "scan" Beacon Lite devices positioned throughout your exhibition. This intuitive interaction ensures content is triggered intentionally, while keeping the experience effortless.
Key Features
Flexible installation
Compact and lightweight design allows for easy positioning throughout your exhibition space. Customizable stickers let you match each beacon to your museum's aesthetic or specific exhibit themes.
Easy configuration
Each Beacon Lite has its own unique code. The functionality of the Beacon Lite can easily be configured within the Platform using this code, making it simple to add new Beacons to your tour.
Versatile functionality
Beyond simple content triggering, a Beacon Lite can serve as tour control points—allowing visitors to select languages, initiate group experiences, or connect Bluetooth headsets.
Long-lasting power
Each beacon operates continuously for up to 2 years on a single battery. When replacement is needed, simply unscrew the cap and insert a new battery cell. If replacement isn't feasible on-site, we'll exchange the unit.

Outdoor ready with the Beacon Lite Waterproof
The Beacon Lite Waterproof variant brings the same seamless experience to outdoor installations. Built to withstand rain, humidity, and harsh weather conditions, this sealed version trades user-replaceable batteries for enhanced durability—though battery life remains substantial.
