Step 1: Unboxing

Unpack the Beacon Pro from the box and turn it on using the slider located on the back of the device.

Step 2: Charging

The battery of each Beacon Pro lasts up to 3 months with regular use. To ensure a full charge, make sure the device is turned on and connected to a power source using a USB-C cable. Alternatively, you can connect a Powerbank using a USB-C cable for on-the-spot charging or permanently attach the Beacon to a power supply for low maintenance and uninterrupted operation.

Step 3: Installation

Choose between double-sided tape or screws for mounting the Beacon Pro, depending on your museum's requirements and preferences.

Step 4: Platform Configuration

Easily connect a Beacon Pro to all relevant stops via the platform. Open the stop settings and add a new Beacon. Select the "Beacon Pro" option, define the desired range, and the beacon will automatically trigger the audio content when a visitor with a Podcatcher enters the specified zone. For example, a 2-meter radius zone will activate the audio content for visitors within that circular area surrounding the beacon. Please make sure to Publish the changes and synchronize the changes to the Podcatchers.
