How to prepare your Podcatchers
To prepare your Podcatcher for your guests, simply follow these steps:

Start the unboxing experience.

Inside the box, you will find the Podcatchers.

Insert the Podcatchers in your Basecamp(s).

Each Basecamp supports up to 25 Podcatchers.

The Podcatchers will glow orange when inserted.

Sync your content on the Podcatchers.

Go to the Platform and navigate to the Basecamp area (Hardware → Basecamps).

Congratulations! Your Podcatchers will now glow green and are ready to use.

Test your tour by scanning a Beacon.

Multiple Triggering Options
The Podcatcher provides customers with three convenient ways to trigger audio content, allowing them to choose the method that suits them best. Whether visitors prefer scanning the Beacon using Bluetooth, pointing their Podcatcher towards the Beacon using infrared, or relying on UWB automated triggering. Combining those offers flexibility and customization. -
Group Tours
With the Podcatcher you can host your own tours. Connect a microphone, or use the internal to stream your voice to the Podcatchers of your visitor group allowing you to relay your personal stories to your guests. -
Automated Triggering
With UWB automated triggering, the Podcatcher can recognize designated zones that automatically trigger relevant audio content as soon as a visitor enters a particular area. This feature proves especially useful in large exhibits or rooms where visitors may not be aware of all the available audio content. It enhances exploration and ensures visitors don't miss out on valuable information. -
Long Battery Life and Power Options
The Podcatcher operates the whole day on a single battery, minimizing maintenance efforts for museum staff. Additionally, it is easily charged by simply placing it back into the Basecamp after usage. -
User-Friendly Design

Visitors can trigger audio content effortlessly by scanning the Beacon, pointing their Podcatcher towards it, or simply entering a designated zone.
