If You're in Belgium or The Netherlands

Great news – we've made this super straightforward for you! Here's what happens next when onboarding:

Check your email for an invitation from 123-Sticker
Click the link in that email to get started
Complete your payment right there – no need to go anywhere else
You're done! Everything you need is included in that email

The invitation email contains all the details and next steps, so keep an eye on your inbox (and don't forget to check your spam folder just in case).

Click your special link to access our design platform (this link is created specifically for you and your project)
Design your labels
Place your order when you're happy with your design

Can't Remember Your Password

It happens to the best of us – don't worry at all! Getting back into your account is quick and easy:

Click "Forgot Password" on the login page
Check your email for reset instructions
Follow the steps in the email to create a new password
You're back in!

Design Options for Your Beacons

We love seeing the creative designs our customers come up with! Most people find success with these popular design elements:

WiFi icons – clear and universally recognized
Audio speaker symbols – perfect for audio tour applications
Exhibition-specific symbols, logos, or icons – helps create a cohesive experience
Museum or organization logos – great for branding consistency
Specific colors – simple yet effective for organizing different areas or themes

Design Freedom: You can create anything you like! The most successful designs complement your Podcatcher design and create a seamless user experience.

Multiple Design Considerations: Planning to use different designs for various Beacons (like numbered stops 1-25 or different symbols) where you only need 1-2 labels of each? This approach can be more expensive due to the smaller quantities. We'd love to discuss your options with you – just contact our Customer Support at helpdesk@guide-id.com.

Beacon Labels for Multi-Language Tours

Offering tours in multiple languages? Beacon labels make language selection smooth and intuitive for your visitors.

How It Works:

Point your Podcatcher at a Beacon (connected as a Start Beacon trigger in the Toureditor)
The right language activates automatically
Labels help distinguish between different languages

What's Included: As a new customer, you'll receive a starter package with 10 different Start Beacon language labels – enough to get you started with multiple language options right away.

Need More Languages? Planning to offer additional languages? Just let our Customer Support team know at helpdesk@guide-id.com, and we'll add those language labels to your shipment.

Custom Language Designs: Want to create custom designs for your Start Beacons? You can design and order them using the design module of 123sticker. Keep in mind that ordering just 1-2 labels of an individual design can be more expensive, but our team can help you explore your options.
