Analytics: Group Tours

The Group Tours analytics page provides insights into how group tours are used, including group sizes and usage patterns over time.

Access the Group Tours analytics

Section titled “Access the Group Tours analytics”
  1. Log in to the Platform.
  2. Click Analytics in the sidebar.
  3. Select the Group Tours tab.

Available data

Section titled “Available data”

The Group Tours tab shows the following information:

  • Number of group tours — total group tour sessions conducted in the selected period.
  • Group sizes — breakdown of how many visitors participated per group session.
  • Usage over time — trends showing when group tours are most frequently used.
  • Guide activity — overview of which guides led group tours and how often.

Filter your data

Section titled “Filter your data”
  1. Set a date range using the date picker at the top of the page.
  2. Review the updated charts and metrics for your selected period.
Section titled “Related articles”

You now have a complete overview of your group tour activity, helping you plan resources and evaluate the popularity of guided experiences.
