My Tours Overview

The My Tours page is your central hub for managing all audio tours. From here you can view tour details, edit content, control publishing, and delete tours you no longer need.

Access My Tours

Log in at platform.guide-id.com.
Go to Tours → My Tours in the left-hand sidebar.

Tour List

The tour list displays all tours for your site. Each row shows the following information:

Name — the title of your tour.
Status — whether the tour is published, unpublished, or in draft.
Type — the tour type.
Devices — which devices the tour is assigned to (e.g., Podcatcher Pro, PWA).
Last edited — when the tour was last changed.

Open a Tour for Editing

Click anywhere on a tour row to open it in the Tour Editor.

Alternatively, you can use the actions menu:

Click the three-dot menu (⋮) on the right side of a tour row.
Select Edit Tour from the dropdown.

Both methods open the same Tour Editor view where you can modify your tour content.

Publishing Options

Click the three-dot menu (⋮) on the tour you want to publish or unpublish.
Select Publishing options from the dropdown.

Choose one of the following actions in the popup:
- Publish — makes the tour available to visitors.
- Unpublish — takes the tour offline. Visitors can no longer access it.
- Publish & Sync — publishes the tour and syncs the latest content to all connected devices.

Delete a Tour

Click the three-dot menu (⋮) on the tour you want to remove.
Select Delete Tour from the dropdown.

Confirm the deletion in the popup that appears.

Add a New Tour

Click the Add new Tour button at the top of the My Tours page.

Result
