Who pays for shipping costs?
Shipping you pay for
Section titled “Shipping you pay for”You are responsible for these shipping costs:
- Initial equipment delivery — shipping from Guide-ID’s warehouse to your location
- Faulty hardware returns — sending defective Podcatcher Pro, Beacon Pro, or other devices back for repair or replacement
- End-of-contract returns — returning all equipment when your contract ends
Shipping Guide-ID pays for
Section titled “Shipping Guide-ID pays for”Guide-ID pays for return shipping of repaired or replaced devices back to you. You will receive a tracking number once the shipment is dispatched.
Customs declarations
Section titled “Customs declarations”For international shipments, declare the package contents using these values per unit:

Use the description “Warranty goods for repair” (for faulty devices) or “Return shipment of rental equipment” (for end-of-contract).
