Basecamp Detail Page
The Basecamp detail page shows real-time status and configuration details for a single Basecamp, helping you monitor connectivity, docked devices, and network health.
Opening the Basecamp detail page
Section titled “Opening the Basecamp detail page”- Go to Hardware → Basecamps in the left sidebar.
- Click on the Basecamp you want to inspect.
Understanding the detail sections
Section titled “Understanding the detail sections”Status information
Section titled “Status information”The top of the page displays key identification and connectivity details:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Name / location | The name assigned to this Basecamp |
| Basecamp status | Whether the Basecamp is currently Online or Offline |
| Last contact | When the Basecamp last communicated with the server |
| Ethernet Mac Address / WiFi Mac Address | The Basecamp’s network hardware addresses |
Podcatcher Pro devices present
Section titled “Podcatcher Pro devices present”This section lists the Podcatcher Pro devices currently present in the Basecamp.
Actions
Section titled “Actions”From the detail page you can:
- Start Sync — sync this Basecamp now.
- Reboot — restart the Basecamp.
- Settings — open the Basecamp’s settings.
- Delete this basecamp — remove the Basecamp from your site.

You can now monitor the status, docked devices, and network details of any individual Basecamp from its detail page.
