Everything you need to know to smoothly order labels for your Beacons and Podcatcher Pro devices.

Getting started

At Guide-ID we are happy to see our customers personalize their beacons to better fit with the style of their museums. We provide all our customers with assistance in designing and ordering stickers so they can personalize their own environment.

If you are in Belgium or the Netherlands

  1. Check your email for an invitation from 123-Sticker
  2. Click the link in that email to get started
  3. Complete your payment right there — no need to go anywhere else
  4. You are done! Everything you need is included in that email

The invitation email contains all the details and next steps, so keep an eye on your inbox (and do not forget to check your spam folder just in case).

If you are anywhere else

  1. Look for our onboarding email — it is on its way to you
  2. Click your special link to access our design platform (this link is created specifically for you and your project)
  3. Design your labels
  4. Place your order when you are happy with your design

Your personalized link ensures you get exactly what you need for your specific project.

Getting into your account

Follow the step-by-step instructions that appear right when you log in. Take your time — there is no rush, and each step builds on the last.

Forgot your password

  1. Click Forgot Password on the login page
  2. Check your email for reset instructions
  3. Follow the steps in the email to create a new password
  4. You are back in!

If you do not see the email within a few minutes, check your spam folder.

Want to change your email address (Belgian and Dutch clients)

Need a new account

Design options for your beacons

Popular design choices include:

  • WiFi icons — Clear and universally recognized
  • Audio speaker symbols — Perfect for audio tour applications
  • Exhibition-specific symbols, logos, or icons — Helps create a cohesive experience
  • Museum or organization logos — Great for branding consistency
  • Specific colors — Simple yet effective for organizing different areas or themes

You can create anything you like. The most successful designs complement your Podcatcher Pro design and create a seamless user experience.

Beacon labels for multi-language tours

If you offer tours in multiple languages, beacon labels make language selection smooth and intuitive for your visitors.

How it works

  • Hold your Podcatcher Pro near a beacon (connected as a start beacon trigger in the Tour Editor)
  • The right language activates automatically
  • Labels help distinguish between different languages

What is included

As a new customer, you receive a starter package with 10 different start beacon language labels — enough to get you started with multiple language options right away.

Planning to offer additional languages? Let our Customer Support team know at helpdesk@guide-id.com, and we will add those language labels to your shipment.

Custom language designs

You can design and order custom designs for your start beacons using the design module of 123-Sticker. Keep in mind that ordering just 1-2 labels of an individual design can be more expensive, but our team can help you explore your options.

Podcatcher Pro labels

Your Podcatcher Pro devices can also be personalized with custom labels to match your venue’s branding.

What is included

As a new customer, your Podcatcher Pro devices come with a standard Guide-ID label. You can order custom labels to replace these with your own branding, logo, or venue-specific design.

Design considerations

Popular choices for Podcatcher Pro labels include:

  • Museum or venue logo — reinforces your brand identity
  • Venue name — helps visitors identify the device
  • Return instructions — a short message reminding visitors to return the device
  • Numbered labels — useful for inventory tracking

The ordering process is the same as for Beacon labels — use 123-Sticker (Belgium/Netherlands) or your personalized design link (other countries). See the ordering sections above for details.
