Analytics: Heatmap
The Heatmap page provides a color-coded overview of visitor listening activity per stop per day, making it easy to spot trends and patterns at a glance.
Access the Heatmap
Section titled “Access the Heatmap”- Log in to the Platform.
- Click Analytics in the sidebar.
- Select the Heatmap tab.
Select a time period and tour
Section titled “Select a time period and tour”- Choose a month and year from the date selector at the top of the page.
- Select a specific tour from the tour dropdown.
The heatmap table updates to show data for your selected period and tour.
Read the heatmap
Section titled “Read the heatmap”The heatmap displays a table with:
- Rows — one row per stop in the selected tour.
- Columns — one column per day of the selected month.
- Cells — each cell shows the visitor count (absolute) or completion percentage for that stop on that day.
Cell colors range from light to dark based on the completion percentage. Darker cells indicate higher engagement, while lighter cells indicate lower activity.
Toggle between percentage and count
Section titled “Toggle between percentage and count”- Click the Toggle Visitor Count/Percentage button above the table.
- The cell values switch between percentage view (default) and absolute visitor counts.
Use percentage view to compare relative engagement across stops, or switch to visitor counts for absolute numbers.
