LED Indication Basecamp
The Basecamp features four LED indicators on its top that display the device’s operational status. After powering on, all LEDs should turn green. These indicators help diagnose issues when problems occur.
1. Power LED
Section titled “1. Power LED”Displays power and battery status.

| Off | — | No power, empty battery, or device off | Connect power or press button |
| Green | No | Power connected | None |
| Orange | No | Power connected, battery missing | None |
| Orange | Yes | Battery discharging without power | Connect power |
| Orange | Short flash | Transport mode | Hold button to power off |
| Red | No | Wrong adapter connected | Reconnect correct adapter |
| Red | Yes | Battery temperature or voltage error | Check environment or contact support |
2. System LED
Section titled “2. System LED”Indicates operational status and system health.

3. Connection LED

| Red | Flash (3) | Missing gateway | Verify DHCP configuration |
| Red | Flash (4) | Missing DNS | Verify DHCP configuration |
| Red | Flash (5) | Unknown connectivity issue | Check connection or firewall |
4. Sync LED
Section titled “4. Sync LED”Reflects synchronization status with the platform.

Together, these four LEDs provide comprehensive status monitoring across power supply, system operation, network connectivity, and data synchronization.
