PWA Access

Configure your PWA (Progressive Web App) access settings to control how visitors find and experience your tours on their mobile devices.

Note

Before you start, make sure you have activated the PWA for at least one tour.

Download the QR Code

1. Go to Site Settings > PWA in the Platform. The page’s Access section shows your PWA URL and the QR code.

2. In the QR code section, click Download QR Code to download a scalable (SVG) QR code.

3. Print the QR code and display it near your tour’s starting point or at your front desk. When visitors scan the code with their smartphone camera, they are redirected to your PWA page.

Upload a Cover Image

4. In the Styling section, under Site photo, click Upload image.

5. Select an image from your computer.

6. Crop the image to the required portrait ratio (1080 × 1920 px).

7. Click Save to apply the cover image.

Note

Sign-language videos are not set on this page. They are uploaded per stop while editing your tour’s content — see Adding Content to a Tour.

Your PWA settings are now configured, and visitors can use the QR code to reach your tour.
