How do I return equipment for repair or replacement?
Send your equipment to Guide-ID, Attn.: Return Department, Leeuwenbrug 117, 7411 TH Deventer, The Netherlands. Replacement units are shipped within 5 working days after we receive your defective devices. Use a courier service (UPS, FedEx) with track & trace, and email tracking info to helpdesk@guide-id.com.
