2 min read Updated Jun 2026 9 steps

Download your tour metrics as CSV files for external processing and deeper insights.

  1. Log in to the Guide-ID platform.
  2. Select “Analytics” from the left navigation menu.
  3. Click the “Export” tab in the top menu bar.

The export page displays an Example data tile that previews the structure of your exported data. Review this tile to understand the column layout before generating your file.

  1. Use the date filters on the right side of the page:
    • Click From date to select your starting date.
    • Click To date to select your ending date.
  1. Click the blue Export button.
  2. The download button is disabled while the file is being generated — wait for processing to complete.
  3. When ready, the file automatically downloads to your device.
  4. For small datasets, you receive a single CSV file named SiteName-Analytics-YYYYMMDD-YYYYMMDD.csv.
  5. For large datasets, the download is a ZIP archive containing one or more CSV files.

The CSV file uses a semicolon (;) as the column separator. Your exported file contains the following data columns:

ColumnDescription
TourNameThe name of the tour as configured in the platform
DateThe date when the visitor interaction occurred (YYYY-MM-DD format)
StopNameThe specific audio stop or beacon point
LanguageThe language code selected by the visitor (e.g., en-EN, nl-NL)
DeviceThe playback device type (Podcatcher or PWA for web app)
