For general cleaning, use a slightly damp soft microfiber cloth with mild soap or a household cleaning solution. The speaker area has water-resistant foam protection, but excessive water can degrade audio quality. Keep cleaning water below 60 C (140 F) to prevent plastic damage.

  • Never submerge the device or spray liquids directly onto it, especially near speaker holes.
  • Avoid cleaners containing alcohol, acetone, ammonia, strong bases, or acids.
  • Do not let cleaning solutions pool in speaker holes.
  1. Gently wipe surfaces while avoiding pressure on speaker holes.
  2. Allow the device to fully dry before use.

The wristband can be cleaned with regular laundry detergent, dish soap, or all-purpose cleaning wipes.
