Analytics: Stop Statistics
The Stops analytics page helps you understand which stops attract the most attention and where visitors drop off during a tour.
Access the Stops analytics
Section titled “Access the Stops analytics”- Log in to the Platform.
- Click Analytics in the sidebar.
- Select the Stops tab.
Stop engagement ranking
Section titled “Stop engagement ranking”The page opens with a ranked list of your stops, ordered by how much they were listened to. This shows your visitors’ favourites and the stops that get little attention.
Top 5 listened stops
Section titled “Top 5 listened stops”A chart highlights the five most listened stops, so you can see your high-traffic content at a glance.
Stop drop-off
Section titled “Stop drop-off”A bar chart shows the percentage of tours that reached each stop — so you can see where visitors tend to stop. A steep drop at a particular stop can point to a hard-to-reach location, a long tour, or content that needs attention.
