Analytics: Stop Statistics

The Stops analytics page helps you understand which stops attract the most attention and where visitors drop off during a tour.

  1. Log in to the Platform.
  2. Click Analytics in the sidebar.
  3. Select the Stops tab.

The page opens with a ranked list of your stops, ordered by how much they were listened to. This shows your visitors’ favourites and the stops that get little attention.

A chart highlights the five most listened stops, so you can see your high-traffic content at a glance.

A bar chart shows the percentage of tours that reached each stop — so you can see where visitors tend to stop. A steep drop at a particular stop can point to a hard-to-reach location, a long tour, or content that needs attention.

You now have a clear picture of which stops perform best and how visitors interact with your tour content.
