Tips for keeping your device running smoothly

Section titled “Regular battery check”Check the battery status of your Beacon Pro regularly through your device settings on the Platform.
Monthly charging with a power bank
Section titled “Monthly charging with a power bank”To extend battery lifespan, charge your Beacon Pro with a power bank at least once every 3 months using the supplied USB-C cable.
Permanently plugged into a power source
Section titled “Permanently plugged into a power source”For continuous operation without battery concerns, permanently connect your Beacon Pro to a power source using a USB-C cable to keep it fully charged and ready.
Additional information
Section titled “Additional information”A Podcatcher Pro receives Bluetooth information from a Beacon Pro regarding battery status. After docking, this status transmits to the Basecamp, which forwards it to the platform.
In the hardware navigation section, you can monitor the Beacon Pro’s status. Note that this is not real-time — synchronization processes cause up to a 20-minute delay.
