Managing Your Profile

Update your personal information, change your password, and control which email notifications you receive from the Platform.

Accessing your profile

1. Click your profile icon (avatar) in the top-right corner of the Platform.

2. Select My Profile from the dropdown menu.

Editing personal details

3. In the Personal section, update your name and other personal information as needed.

4. Click Save to apply your changes.

Changing your password

5. Click the Login Credentials tab.

6. Click the Change password? toggle below your username.

7. Follow the prompts to set a new password.

Caution

After changing your password, you will need to sign in again on any other devices or browsers where you are currently logged in.

Configuring email preferences

8. Click the Email Preferences tab.

9. Use the Receive e-mail for this site master toggle to enable or disable all email notifications for a specific site.

10. Under Hardware Notifications, toggle the subscription on or off to receive weekly emails about device status, connectivity issues, and maintenance alerts.

Note

Changes to email preferences take effect immediately. If you disable Hardware Notifications, you will stop receiving weekly updates from the next scheduled send.

Your profile settings are now updated.
