Account Setup and First Login

Set up your Guide-ID account, configure your profile, and prepare your site for tour creation.

  1. Open platform.guide-id.com in your browser.

  2. Enter the email address and temporary password provided by your Guide-ID Business Manager.

  3. Follow the prompt to set a new password.

  1. Click your profile icon in the top-right corner and select My Profile.

  2. In the Personal tab, enter your first name, last name, and region.

  3. In Email Preferences, enable Hardware Notifications to receive alerts about device status.

  4. Click Save.

  1. Navigate to Site Settings → General in the sidebar.

  2. Verify your site name, address, country, and time zone are correct.

  3. Click Save.

  1. Go to Site Settings → Team in the sidebar.

  2. Click Add new teammate and enter their name, email, and function.

  3. Click Save to send the invitation.

New team members receive an email with login instructions. For details, see Adding Team Members.
