Account Setup and First Login
Set up your Guide-ID account, configure your profile, and prepare your site for tour creation.
Log in to the Platform
Section titled “Log in to the Platform”-
Open platform.guide-id.com in your browser.

Enter the email address and temporary password provided by your Guide-ID Business Manager.

Follow the prompt to set a new password.
Complete your profile
Section titled “Complete your profile”-
Click your profile icon in the top-right corner and select
My Profile. -
In the Personal tab, enter your first name, last name, and region.

In Email Preferences, enable Hardware Notifications to receive alerts about device status.

Click
Save.

Configure site settings
Section titled “Configure site settings”-
Navigate to Site Settings → General in the sidebar.

Verify your site name, address, country, and time zone are correct.

Save.

Invite your team
Section titled “Invite your team”-
Go to Site Settings → Team in the sidebar.

Click
Add new teammateand enter their name, email, and function. -
Click
Saveto send the invitation.
New team members receive an email with login instructions. For details, see Adding Team Members.
