Podcatcher Classic (V3)
This section helps institutions that use Podcatcher Classic, the previous generation of the Podcatcher. Visitors point the device at an infrared IDentifier, and the devices charge and synchronize in Dockingstations connected to a Syncbox or Syncconsole. In the Platform, the settings for this model are under Site settings → Podcatcher V3.
Guide-ID no longer sells Podcatcher Classic. Building tours, publishing and Insights work the same for every Podcatcher, so the rest of this help center covers those. This section only covers what is different for Podcatcher Classic.
